We cannot commit to morning / timing deliveries. Delivery will be made between 8 am to 9 pm on asked delivery date. In case a delivery cannot be executed on the desired delivery date (in case of any unforeseen circumstance) it will be attempted the next working day. It will be considered delivery executed. No refund will be given. Orders accepted till 2 pm IST (GMT+5.30) hrs will be executed same day and thereafter the next working day. Same day deliveries will NOT be attended to on Sundays & Public Holidays. When the recipient is not at home our delivery person will try the nearest neighbors to see if they are willing to look after the flowers, or will leave them in a closed entrance or with the security guard. Thereafter we are not responsible and will consider it as delivery executed, there will be no refund. If there is any change of address, or wrong address is given, a new order has to be placed, there will be no refund.
