DELIVERY POLICY (Terms and Conditions including Refund)

  • All arrangements featured on this website are designed, executed and delivered exclusively by “SPRING BLOSSOMS”.
  • We cannot commit to morning / timing deliveries. Delivery will be made between 9 am to 6 pm on asked delivery date. In case a delivery cannot be executed on the desired delivery date, we will inform you and attempt delivery the next working day. It will be considered delivery executed. No refund will be given.
  • The recipient’s telephone number is required to co-ordinate delivery timings. This is to ensure that your flowers are delivered.
  • If you wish to cancel your orders please inform us 24 hours in advance and we will refund your payment.
  • Orders accepted till 12 noon IST (GMT+5.30) hrs will be executed same day and thereafter the next working day.
  • Same day deliveries may NOT be attended to on Sundays & Public Holidays.
  • No same day delivery for Valentines/Mothers Day. Due to rush on Valentines/Mothers day, delivery area far away from Central Mumbai will be made on the next day or day before.
  • When the recipient is not at home our delivery person will try the nearest neighbors to see if they are willing to look after the flowers, or will leave them in a closed entrance or with the security guard. Thereafter we are not responsible and will consider it as delivery executed, there will be no refund.
  • If there is any change of address, or wrong address is given, a new order has to be placed, there will be no refund.
  • When deliveries are made to WORKPLACE, HOTELS or HOSPITALS please ensure all details are filled including name of company and room number where required. We will not be held responsible to find out details.
  • Delivery to many REMOTE or DISTANT addresses’ there will be a special extra delivery charge.  Delivery of Wine and sparkling wine will be as per local regulations and availability in local towns. India has different rules for different towns and cities and delivery will be made as per local rules. In case of non-delivery for above stated reason we will refund the amount paid for the wine.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

  • In all arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used. Sometimes this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
  • For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
  • If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
  • All pictures are indicative in nature. Please note: Some Prices for same arrangements may differ from city to city as the flower costs are variable.
  • All products are sourced locally and might vary slightly from region to region.
  • All flower products are naturally grown products and will vary from pictures.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY STATEMENT:

  • Spring Blossoms asks customers to supply various personal data when placing an order, such as name and address, telephone number and email.
  • We use this data only for the purpose of filling an order, or communicating with the customer or supplier about the status of an order.
  • We treat this customer information as private and confidential, and we will not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations unless required by law.
  • We will not distribute customer information to be used forr any other purpose other than what is required to perform our services.
  • You agree that we may use personal information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage, improve our content and product offerings, and customize the Site’s content, layout, and services.
